IBS provided on site review of the existing as-built conditions in order to understand and define why the space was not meeting the intended environmental design for the research requirements. Project required IBS to develop and document the findings of how and why the space was not meeting the design requirements.
IBS provided a formal report denoting issues found during the on-site review and also provided a comprehensive list of required changes for the lab space. Existing space included isolated laser laboratory spaces and adjacent but separate support spaces. The lab was served by a dedicated AHU that included its own low temperature process chiller.
